Mr. Bennett's practice is centered on business and real estate counseling. He represents a variety of both public and privately-held businesses, as well as their principals and representatives, to develop, negotiate, assert and defend their business and individual interests through innovative, practical and effective legal solutions.

He focuses on structuring, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements including acquisitions, strategic alliance and partner agreements, distribution agreements (including dealer, distributor and manufacturer representative agreements) as well as non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, and licensor, agent, and licensee representation.

Mr. Bennett is admitted to practice in all of the Courts of the State of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. He is also a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and has practiced with the firm since 2005.

Mr. Bennett received both his Juris Doctorate in 2005 and a Degree of Bachelor of Science in 1999 from Santa Clara University.
