Mr. Czarkowski is a civil and criminal litigator who represents individuals, business entities and non-profit organizations in State and Federal Courts. He works on litigation issues in a broad range of areas including business litigation, corporate litigation, probate litigation, criminal defense and real estate litigation.
Additionally, Mr. Czarkowski has represented institutions of higher education and international corporations with the extensive issues that they face on a daily basis.
Mr. Czarkowski is devoted to understanding the needs of every client and will work collaboratively with his clients to create strategies that will lead to successful results throughout the entire litigation process.
Mr. Czarkowski is a graduate of
Santa Clara University , having received his Juris Doctorate in 1999 and his Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Minor in Religious Studies, in 1996. In 2008, Mr. Czarkowski served as the President of the Santa Clara University School of Law Alumni Association and he remains an active participant with Santa Clara University Undergraduate and
School of Law through many different organizations.
