Laurence J. McEvoy represents individuals and companies in business and family counseling, planning and protection of legal rights. Named one of Silicon Valley's Top Lawyers each of the last five years, as featured in San Jose Magazine, Mr. McEvoy emphasizes Creditor-Rights, Real Estate and Commercial, Estate and Trust Litigation, Creditor Bankruptcy representation and Family Law. Mr. McEvoy also serves as an Arbitrator for the Santa Clara County Superior Court and the American Arbitration Association.

Mr. McEvoy is a principal in the firm and has been so since its inception. Prior to co-founding the firm, Mr. McEvoy pursued private practice after serving as an associate in the law firm of Campbell, Custer, Warburton, & Britton, of San Jose California.

Mr. McEvoy is admitted to practice in all of the Courts of the State of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Southern and Central Districts of California.

Mr. McEvoy is a graduate of Santa Clara University, having received his Juris Doctor degree in 1969 and his Bachelor of Arts, Political Science, in 1966.
